The videos on this page include a lecture by Dr. Neal Barnard as well as health advice from Dr. Michael Klaper and Professor T. Colin Campbell. Some other videos made by us are also here but to see all videos by EVOLVE! Campaigns go to our YouTube Channel which can be found here. Please note that none of our videos use upsetting, violent images - we believe that showing animals as nature intended, i.e. happily free and effortlessly beautiful, stimulates us into making that important connection and helps us realise that all sentient beings are deserving of love and compassion.

Verganism is a philosphy guided by an essential core of values and principles. Go vegan for peace, for all non-human and human beings and for climate change.
The Dairy Cow: The Most Overworked Mother On The Planet
The dairy cow normally has her first calf at the age of two when she will be producing around 35 litres of milk a day. In subsequent lactations this figure rises even higher. She will continue to be milked for 10 months - but will be made pregnant again in the third month. This video shows exactly why (without upsetting images) the dairy cow really is the most overworked mother on the planet and why cow's milk is a food for calves, not human beings.
