Saw a leaflet in my local healthshop, that's how I found you. I love this website, it's so user-friendly. Even though I'm vegetarian there's lots on here that I didn't know and it's certainly given me a lot to think about. I now find myself questioning vegetarianism - I will be checking back to read more as there's so much info to absorb!

I have just come accross your website. WOW! What a find. I am a senior citisen and have been a veggie for about half my life, but in recent years, a vegan. I have always felt compassion for animals and abhore the way that humans expliot them. I've spent many happy hours leafletting, fund raising and talking to people about a cruelty free lifestyle. I have also been lucky enough to share my home with some beautiful animals that had been rejected by others. Some of them rescued from the last journey of the lethal injection. I am thrilled to have discoverd your website and will visit it often. I will also be telling as many people as possible about it. Well done.

Up until very recently I was a meat-eater but after a long conversation with James and a good read of your website I am pleased to declare I am now a vegan. After what I've learnt I could never justify consuming animal products again.

On the path to help grey squirrels in the UK from mass genocide (all I can here sometimes is guns shooting the wildlife that I love and that visits me in the garden, tis so sad people believe the hype and support killing wildlife). Please get educated on grey squirrels in UK and why an extiction programme is wrong to support. For great info please check www.grey-squirrel.org.uk

This is fantastic. The animals don't have a voice, so we need to even things up. Things need to be explained and taught to everyone who will listen. keep up the good work, and well done!

The animals are so happy that you have set up this website. I wish to congratulate you on your site. To have so much vital information in one place. Beautifully presented and in easy "bite size" sections. I talk to people, children and adults, each and everyday and I am now able to confidently direct them to your invaluable website. Here people who want to learn how to make changes to their lifestyle can find all the information they need, even the children have a "Youth page" Also offering recipe ideas and a point of contact, brilliant! Sometimes as Vegans and caring for the animals we can feel that we are alone in our fight, so having your website gives the support and the all important reliable, factual information required. Yes one person really can make a difference and we must never give up! Thank you for supporting me and showing me the way that I wanted to live from when I was 5 years old but did not have access to the necessary information. You are shining lights. Keep up your good work and you have my support always. Love and vegan hugs Megan and ALL the animals x x x x x x

I bookmarked the website, to take a look every now and then, and have a break :) Thanks, as a Vegan I highly appreciate! "evolution"...I think often of Darwin theories that failed for most human beings who are stepping back instead of evolving. Fortunately people like you give us Hope Vegan Hugs

I was already vegetarian when I got one of your leaflets and looked on your site. I was shocked to find out about milk and dairy, especially the cruelty involved, but also how bad it is for people's health. I now drink soy milk and feel so much better because of it. I could never have dairy again after what I have read! A tip - I recommend that any chocoholics out there who are thinking of giving up dairy but can't bear the thought of never eating chocolate again, try the Sainsbury's own brand Free From soya milk choc bar, it is delicious!

Thank you for opening my eyes and giving me this knowledge. It has been a life-changing experience and I am now committed to being vegan for the rest of my life. I didn't realise about so much of what you are teaching but now I have the information I feel very grateful to know the truth. I will keep in touch and let you know about my journey.

A friend gave me one of your leaflets and I went on your website. What I read changed my thinking from day one. I've started to think for myself! Since giving up meat I feel much more spiritually in-tune with myself and nature and I also feel much more energised and generally lighter in my body. It was hard at first knowing what to eat but I got lots of help from my local health food shop and I've even tried a few recipes.
