A veggie diet is better for you, animals and the planet. If you are not already vegetarian, Animal Aid challenges you to take the veggie pledge for a week. If you are already veggie... go vegan!
Meat-Free Month window displays and free veggie information resources in all Lush stores. Can you help? During the first week in March, Lush - the high street cosmetic company - will be supporting Animal Aid's Meat-Free Month through window displays and providing free veggie information resources in all of its stores. Animal Aid is currently working on a new recipe booklet aimed at feeding a family of four for under a fiver, which will be published mid February. Lush are keen to organise events at all of their stores where these booklets can be handed out to customers, along with some free veggie food given out by someone in an animal costume. So here's where you come in. If you have a Lush store in your town or close by, would be available for a couple of hours on March 3rd, 4th or 5th and don't mind dressing up in an animal costume, please get in touch with Kelly at Animal Aid ASAP, as this needs to be arranged quickly. It only requires one or two people and it would be great to have Animal Aid resources being given out nationwide on the same day. Everything would be provided on the day, all you would have to do is turn up and help hand out food and booklets with Lush staff members.

FREE ENTRY! Fairfoods is excited to be jointly organising a vegan food fair in the South West
with Green Garden Cafe. It will feature stalls, lots of free vegan food samples, free recipes, nutrition information and
free advice on vegan issues. There will also be the opportunity to purchase food and other goodies to

We had a very enjoyable eating experience at Heather Mill's new restaurant,

vegan menu with something for everyone. We thoroughly recommend it! VBites
